At our first meeting Sean impressed me with his knowledge of home construction that I told my wife I wanted to delay signing until Sean and I discussed the job further. She agreed. Sean and I meet on several occasions after that (and not for brief meetings.) He never rushed me. He always answered my questions or quickly obtained the information I requested. He always promptly returned my phone calls. My wife and I decided to sign with American Home Pro because of our confidence in Sean even though the price was substantially more. We perceived great value in what he proposed. Or another way of looking at it is that given how long we expect to stay here it was only twenty seven cents more a day. Why skimp when this is our home?
