An enhanced entryway can add up to $24,000!
Your home’s entry is a sign of its quality and value, and a recent study
proves that it also is a great investment. Therma-Tru’s National Home
Valuation Study* found that an enhanced entryway can add as much as
$24,000 to a home’s perceived value. The added value was as much as
five times the cost of the entry system and more than six percent of the
selling price.
Moderately priced homes benefited, too. The study shows that an
upgraded entryway can increase the perceived value of a home in the
under $200,000 range by $7,720, or 4.1%.
For builders, remodelers and homeowners an enhanced entry system
